Sesame Street

Generations grew up with it and watched Sesame Street at bedtime. The programme originated in America and after a great success, it was adopted by more and more countries. Today, Sesame Street is broadcast in more than 150 countries and watched by more than 6 million children a day. With well-known characters such as Bert, Ernie, Cookie Monster and Elmo, it is one of the best-known programmes in the world.
